What's in the file

Every export is a flat CSV with clean, human-readable columns that map straight into any CRM's import step:

First and last name are split out, because most CRMs import cleaner that way. On Pro, the same data exports to Excel.

HubSpot

  1. In MassLink, export your list to CSV.
  2. In HubSpot: Contacts → Import → Start an import → File from computer.
  3. Choose "One file," "One object," Contacts, upload the CSV.
  4. HubSpot auto-maps most columns; match any it flags (First Name, Last Name, Email if present, Company).
  5. Finish — your leads are in.

Pipedrive

  1. Export to CSV from MassLink.
  2. In Pipedrive: … (more) → Import data → From spreadsheet.
  3. Upload, then map columns to Person and Organization fields on the mapping screen.
  4. Import.

Salesforce

  1. Export to CSV.
  2. Use the Data Import Wizard (Setup → Data Import Wizard).
  3. Choose Accounts and Contacts, upload the CSV, map fields.
  4. Start import.

Notion / Airtable / Google Sheets

Import the CSV directly — Merge with CSV in Notion, CSV import in Airtable, or File → Import in Google Sheets. Columns come in as properties/fields automatically.

Why a CSV instead of a direct integration

A direct CRM integration means connecting your accounts and letting a tool sync data through its servers. MassLink is built the opposite way: it reads what's on your screen, keeps everything local, and hands you a file you import yourself. You keep control of the data, and it works with every CRM instead of only the ones a vendor built connectors for.

Do I need to connect my CRM account?

No. You export a file and import it yourself. Nothing is synced through our servers.

Does the export include email addresses?

MassLink captures what's on the LinkedIn page. It doesn't find or verify emails — if you need email enrichment, use a dedicated tool alongside it.

Can I export to Excel?

Yes, on Pro. The free plan exports CSV.
