What happens if I pass fair use?
Nothing automatic. MassLink's fair use is 300 discovery searches and 25,000 classifications a month, well above normal use. If you're consistently over, we'll get in touch — you won't hit a wall mid-job.
Why no credits?
Because counting them is a worse experience than paying for them. You should be able to run a search without doing arithmetic first.
One-time vs subscription — why the mix?
Each tool is priced the way that fits it. MassStrobo is a one-time unlock. MassLink and MassBlocker are ongoing tools with ongoing costs, so they're subscriptions.
Can I cancel?
Any time. You keep Pro until the period you've paid for ends. One-time and lifetime purchases are yours to keep.
Do you offer team plans?
Not yet, except MassBlocker family sharing — one Pro covers up to 5 people.
Is there tax on top?
No. The price you see is the price charged.
