Each tool is priced the way that fits it. MassLink and MassAdmin are subscriptions, monthly or yearly. MassBlocker Pro and Family come three ways: monthly, yearly, or Lifetime, where you pay once.
Yes. You can cancel a monthly or yearly plan at any time, and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. One-time and Lifetime purchases don't renew, so there is nothing to cancel. To cancel MassBlocker, email [email protected]. Deleting your MassBlocker account does not cancel a subscription.
MassBlocker has a Family plan: up to 5 people, each with Pro on their own phone, paid for by one person. MassAdmin plans include 3 to 10 users who log in, and you can add more; firms running several companies use its Agency plan.
Nothing automatic. MassLink's fair use is 300 discovery searches and 25,000 classifications a month, well above normal use. If you're consistently over, we'll get in touch — you won't hit a wall mid-job.
Because counting them is a worse experience than paying for them. You should be able to run a search without doing arithmetic first.
