What happens if I pass fair use?
Nothing automatic. MassLink's fair use is 300 discovery searches and 25,000 classifications a month, well above normal use. If you're consistently over, we'll get in touch — you won't hit a wall mid-job.
Why no credits?
Because counting them is a worse experience than paying for them. You should be able to run a search without doing arithmetic first.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from inside the tool. You keep Pro until the period you've paid for ends.
Do you offer team plans?
Not yet. Everything here is priced per person.
Is there tax on top?
No. The price you see is the price charged.
