Sign accepts PDF files only. Convert Word documents to PDF first.
Signers can sign in any order. The app does not enforce a sequence.
The signed copy is not emailed to every party. Download it and share it.
The certificate records each signer's name, email, status and signing time. It does not record IP addresses or devices.
Documents in Sign are not linked to employee or customer records. You upload each PDF.
In this release, the sender can mark a signer as signed, and the certificate shows that the same way as an email-link signature.
Questions before you start
Which plans include Sign?
Starter, Business, Scale and Agency. The Payroll plan doesn't include it.
Do signers need an account?
No. Each signer gets an email link and signs in the browser.
Can I set a signing order?
You can list signers in order, but the app does not enforce it. Each signer can sign once they have the link.
Can I send a Word document?
Convert it to PDF first. Sign accepts PDF files.
