How the Agency plan works
Add each client as a company.
Each client is set up as its own company, with its UEN, GST status and financial year-end, and its data in its own database schema.
Add your team once.
Add a person to all the companies you administer, or a selection, in one step, with one role. Only an Owner can give the Owner role. A new person gets one set-password email; existing users are added straight away.
Work across every company.
The Companies board shows each client's payroll for the month, its latest GST return and due date, overdue receivables and what needs attention. Switch companies from the app bar and stay on the same page.

PDF signature requests by email link, with a Certificate of Completion.

Moving clients across
- Bring each client's employees, chart of accounts, contacts, opening balances, unpaid invoices and bills, and bank statements in from Excel or CSV files, with a check before anything posts. Desktop MassHR backups import directly.
- File each client's GST F5, IR8A and IR21 on myTax Portal and mark them filed in the app, and submit and pay each client's CPF through CPF EZPay.
- Post each client's salary journal in Accounting as a manual journal.

How is Agency billed?

Are my staff billed per person?
No. Agency is billed by the number of companies you own, and includes 10 users shared across them.
How do I give my team access?
From the Team section of the Companies screen, add a person to all the companies you administer, or a selection, with one role. Only an Owner can give the Owner role.
Does each client get separate books?
Yes. Each company has its own books, payroll and documents, in its own database schema.
Can a client company's data be exported?
Yes. An Owner or Admin can export a company's data as a ZIP of CSV files at any time, and download signed PDFs from Sign.
How does the trial work for a firm?
You get 30 days free, with no card. Companies you add during the trial share the first company's 30-day clock, and once you subscribe, the client companies you create are covered by the firm's subscription.
