E-invoicing with MyInvois, built in

Connect your own MyInvois account during set-up — client ID, secret and your digital certificate — and start on LHDN's sandbox before you switch to production.

  • Invoices and credit notes are signed and submitted to MyInvois from the invoice screen.

  • Your customer gets the PDF only after MyInvois validates it, with the QR code and IRBM unique identifier printed on it.

  • Monthly consolidated e-invoices for customers who didn't ask for one.

  • Self-billed e-invoices for services you buy from suppliers outside Malaysia.

  • Cancel within MyInvois's 72-hour window, with the countdown on screen.

  • A reminder before your signing certificate expires.

SST without the spreadsheet

  • SST tax codes and a Malaysian chart of accounts are ready on day one.

  • Service tax and sales tax charged on your invoices go to the right SST payable accounts; SST you pay on purchases is part of the cost, as the law treats it.

  • Your SST-02 is prepared for each taxable period from your invoices and payments, with the due date moved past weekends and public holidays and a penalty preview if you're late. You file on MySST and mark it filed here.

  • Not registered yet? MassAdmin shows how close your last 12 months are to the registration threshold for your service, and prepares the SST-02A for imported services.

  • Invoices print the particulars the Service Tax Regulations ask for: your SSM and SST numbers, the rate per line and the tax on its own line.

Payroll the Malaysian way

  • EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB (MTD) worked out on every run, plus HRD Corp levy and zakat deductions.

  • PCB follows LHDN's 2026 computerised calculation method.

  • Payslips in ringgit with every statutory deduction and employer share.

  • The PCB (CP39) and PERKESO SOCSO + EIS files ready from each finalised run, and Form EA at year end.

  • Leave set to Employment Act 1955 minimums; federal and state public holidays applied by the state each employee works in.

  • Warnings before you pay: below minimum wage, deductions over half the month's wages, a pay date later than the law allows.

Set up properly from the first screen

  • Your SSM registration number (and your old company number), TIN, SST registration and MSIC code.

  • Ringgit, Malaysian time and Malaysian formats throughout.

  • Terms, a Privacy Notice in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and a Data Processing Addendum written for Malaysia.

  • e-Signatures with signer consent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

One login for Singapore and Malaysia

Run Singapore and Malaysian companies side by side — each with its own tax, payroll and e-invoicing rules — and switch between them from the app bar. Accounting firms see every client's payroll status, tax return and overdue invoices on one board.

Your data, properly isolated

Every company's data sits in its own database schema, hosted in our Singapore region.

FAQ

Do I need my own MyInvois credentials?

Yes. You create a client ID and secret for MassAdmin in the MyInvois portal and use your own digital certificate. MassAdmin submits on your behalf with them.

Can MassAdmin file my SST-02?

It prepares the return from your books. You submit it on MySST and mark it filed in MassAdmin.

Is every business supported?

Service businesses are. Manufacturers registered for sales tax, Labuan entities, companies in designated areas and tourism-tax registrants are not covered; set-up tells you if that's you. Employers in Sabah and Sarawak get a payroll warning, because state labour ordinances apply there.
